The need of the hour for Indian muslims is to stay united and stave off the divisive forces from within the community. This internal threat of splitting the indian muslims into different castes (Ashraf, Ajilaf, Arzal) has no religious sanction. Yet a section of our community is upset about the treatment given to them by the rest. We need to highlight and address those issues so that we stay united against the fascist forces overtaking our motherland, India. Let us work united, democratically towards our goal of success for our Ummah, on all fronts. Social integration, economic empowerment and political representation are a must. Only then can we get rid of the stratification of our muslim society. Only then will the mainstream integration of the indian muslims into indian polity be possible.
