The new work culture at the cost of the Lives of Workers is doing rounds in our Industrial and Government Administrative Offices and Companies and Hospitals and Airports and Everywhere! The Work Culture named as CONTRACT LABOUR. Now, my issue is this, if the person who does the same job, with the same responsibilities, then , how he or she is not entitled to the same Wage? Same Salary or other things! A man Working for a Big reputed Company like Reliance or TATA, has a secure life if he or she is working for TCS or TATA Motors or Reliance Refinery, but, what about the Millions of People slaving themselves in the Same Companies, without the Salary enjoyed by their Co Workers, same is the Case with the Security personnel and the other Staff outsourced as Contract Labourers??? We are Indians not Slaves, but, this Modern slavery is declared as legal and is run at the behest of the Government with a Capitalist Mindset! We are a nation and we need to run our Beautiful and Blessed Country like a Nation and not some Profit making enterprise! We have to utilise our available resources, and the most important resource we have is Human Resource! But, sadly this mighty resource is neglected by the Government and its Capitalist Bosses!
