The next holocaust of the Jews will be worldwide. The Church is incredibly ill prepared for what lies ahead. In today’s Christian world of family counseling, financial seminars, youth activities, marriage counseling and lessons on being a better husband, wife, child or whatever today’s church is woefully ill prepared for the disaster that lies ahead. A good parent or husband is not measured in how many ball games he attends or if he does the laundery. It is measured in whether or not he has equipped his family to endure the loss of family, wealth, health, freedom and all others for the sake of the gospel. Can they stand alone in the face of overwhelming odds. In an effort to be relevant we have adopted a message of simplicity with most sermons remaining on the surface. If I hear one more person address a topic and at the outset say " where not going to get into this to deep " I think I am going to explode. None of the above will enable the believer to have what it takes to endure what is sure to be a very trying time for both Christian and Jew. Only a complete and thorough understanding of Gods plan for the church and Israel will give us the ability to endure. The time is soon coming when to stand for Israel will mean to stand for the very gospel itself. Like WW2 to stand with them may mean to suffer their fate. The topic of Israel will divide the church in ways we cannot even imagine. It will divide families, spouses, children and parents, churches and entire communities. Church members, family members and community members will deliver each other up to save their own skin. We have allowed ourselves to be cowed into thinking that bible prophecy cannot be known, is divisive, is a secondary issue. We should spend our time on life application and practical things. The enemy has sown so much confusion that we give up and do not even try. The net result is that the one thing that can give us what we need to endure the most difficult of trials has been set aside by the church as irrelevant to our daily living. Bible prophecy is among the most relevant if not the most relevant of all biblical doctrines. Yet it is ignored and even pooh poohed by most in the church. It is one of the only doctrines that the bible says particularly has a sanctifying power in the life of the believer. That is why the enemy hates it and works overtime at keeping it out of our minds. Revelation 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. Wow you mean we can know ?
