The night before big runs, I like to sit with a favorite book of quotes and flip to a random page. Tonights results seen to be reminding me not to dally at aid stations. :D We write our own destiny. We become what we do. Talk does not cook rice. A man must sit in a chair with his mouth open for very long time before a roast duck flies in. To see what is right, and not to do it, is want of courage, or of principal.
