The number I got is 12, thanks Dew. So heres 12 things you might not know about me: 1. I was once a notorious rattlesnake exterminator, and I really, really, REALLY liked it. In spite of that, I really like snakes. 2. I have long claimed that I like all music except Disco, but sometimes singing along, loud and proud, with Donna Summers is an amazing rush. 3. In sixth grade I went to Cousin Helens birthday party (they were all 9th graders). We all danced, and they were so cool and such good dancers, and I was.. not.. I never danced fast... again. Make it a slow dance for me please. 4. Yall know this one, but, not everyone has done it so... I designed and built the solar powered, straw bale house I raised by children in. Learned about beams, support walls, load, trusses, windows, roofing, stucco, and the contracting and/or self-installation of all these things and how to instruct a farm to cut, clean and bale my straw that became my walls. With a little help from my friends. 5. Raising Emu is NOT a good retirement plan. 6. Getting divorced separates your friends from your acquaintances. 7. Me wuvs turtles and Totoro, I am still recovering from my youthful Unicorn addiction/collection but I will never, ever get over Rainbows and Moonbeams. 8. Kids, Friends, Dogs and Mountain Bikes - not Diamonds - are a girls best friends. Pooh! You knew that one. 9. I love the mountains and the water (oceans, lakes, streams, rivers) so intensely that even though I dont believe in past lives, I think I have a primordial connection to these places. 10. I once shoplifted white lipstick. Yes, white lipstick. I was under 12 years old and my fashion sense has not improved much. 11. I had a form of meningitis in 6th grade and stayed home from school for a month. Despite what you might think, this was not a good thing. 12. Hanging laundry on the clothesline, at the old Straw Bale Homestead, in complete desert isolation, no roads, no cars, no humm of electricity, no neighbors, surrounded by mountains and seriously wide open spaces, was a joy and delight for me that I cannot adequately communicate to others, a thing I shall always treasure and a thing I shall always miss. 13. Cuz I can: I remain optimistic and hopeful in spite of much evidence to the contrary, and I WILL NOT, pozitootely CANNOT be persuaded otherwise. Anything else, you simply do not need to know ;-) Who started this ludicrous game. Argh!
