The old gang network of Newark politics is not about performance as it is whos turn is it that is why you can run for mayor 20 years never win but feel entitle whether it is the Mayors office or city council once someone from the old gang network sits there they think its a lifetime popularity contest and the citizens of Newark are none the wise, people this is why Ras is so incense with Shavar in his mindset he is entitle to the Mayors job cause I have been around its my turn how dare this so call nobody challenge me, how dare he. The only way to get rid of that mentality is to say no now to the old guard network and the rehash council merry go round what should happen is a referendum for term limits should be but on ballot watch how the old guard react.
