The one thing that really weirds me out on LinkedIn is that complete strangers constantly ask me to write referrals for them, rate their business cards and websites, and and and - while I have never met them, have never worked with them, and have no clue what they do and how well they do it. How in the world do you expect me to write a referral for you?! And WHY exactly would I spend any of my time on rating your stuff?! Also, why would people add new skills to my endorsements such as theater (which I have nothing to do with) instead of endorsing me for the skills I actually have? Ts Ts Ts
