The only concept that materialists, atheists, theists, agnostics and spiritual freethinkers can all grasp, and which can serve as the basis for our global solidarity and unity, is that all Earthlings are… crew members on Spaceship Earth; cells in a single living organism; inhabitants of a borderless ball spinning through the cosmos; spiritual siblings clinging to our mother (at least for this lifetime), fellow sojourners evolving towards greater complexity and creativity. Only this is important enough to be worth defining our identities and our lives by - everything else is secondary and just for fun – think fundamental unity through superficial diversity; think the sovereignty of the individual in a global family. Think the religion of Doityourselfism with the only rule being the Golden Rule... Or dont :p
