The only explanation I can find is: like Hilary Clinton she is standing by her man because she is looking at the long term political potential of her husband and how that could boost her own political ambitions down the road. Her choice viewed only as a wife and mother is sad but from a professional stand point she is doing what she feels will pay dividends later. From that standpoint....it worked for Hillary it might just work for her. We shall see....
