The only reason men marry is because women force/coerce them or punish them if they dont. If it were up to men there would be 98% less marriages and they would be 99% less expense and fuss. What makes me think this? Go into any newsagency and check out how many bridal magazines are for women and how many there are for men. Listen in to conversations and hear how often women discuss weddings, getting married/being married as opposed to men. Check out any ‘Bridal Expo’ or ‘Wedding Show’ and tell me how many men you see there, how many stalls are targeted at men. Tell me how many men are the ones organising the weddings and women are just frocking up and rocking up. Have a look at chick mags and lad mags and count up the mentions, article and photos abou weddings and marriage and get back to me. I can’t help wondering if marriage is so awesome why does it need to be so sugar coated by media, Hollywood, the wedding industry, religion, fashion, family and friends, fairytales and advertising to entice women into it. Its like putting the pill in the dog food so the dog will swallow it.
