The only way to get fit AND healthy is by proper nutrients and vitamins into your body and excercise!!! Period!!! All the wraps, pills, bars etc may make you lose weight but are they providing you with the right nutrients and vitamins your body needs? Are you excercising 3-5 times a week to get your heart flowing and muscles strengthened?? When I got married I lost a ton of weight and got into a size zero wedding dress BUT I used weight watchers points and didnt provide my body with the right nutrients and also didnt excercise! Yes I got skinny but my body was lacking so many vital nutrients and I had no strength at all! Stop all the crazy gimmicks out there!! excercise and proper nutrients!!! Thats why beachbody puts out challenge packs becuase they want you to have a guided healthy meal plan, proper nutrients( shakeology) and excercise! #stopthemadness
