*The order of clan battles will be drawn by the committee *Each clan will battle each other once as per ‘preliminary rounds – order of play’ table *Each Clan must submit by June 1st the names of any clan member taking part. If the name is not on the list they cannot play *Player cannot jump between clans during the tournament. If your name is registered to a clan then that is where you will remain for the duration of the tournament *Each Team must select only 12 starting players. No more then 12 (if 12 is available) players from each team should be trying to get into the server at any one time *If a clan has 13 players in the server, one must leave immediately. Not doing so will result in delay and deduction of 1 point. *GET YOUR STARTING LINE UP ORGANISED BEFORE THE MATCH *If you spawn in on the other team, and the match has started, you must not spawn in *The clan leaders will be in direct contact with each other during the match *The clan leaders and must both agree the start of the match *No match will take place until at least 10 members of each team are represented. *If during a game a team goes down by 2 players from their original starting number, a pause will be called and teams must remain in their spawn point *Don’t drop out of a game to save points, this is very NOOB like behavior and you look like a complete cock doing it. We are not impressed at how many points you have! *Should the match go on longer than two hours, each team will have the right to declare a comfort break and the match will recommence once both clan leaders has agreed. Make sure your team has spawned in before the break starts and remain in your spawn area. *There will be 12 games in a match. 6 attacking and 6 defending games. Each team must play the same number of attacking and defensive games for each map *A draw will be made for each match to determine which team will get the home match advantage. A Home match advantage shall be defined as ‘The clan who has the home game will find a server and populate their side first’ *A record must be kept by both clan leaders as to how many games have been won. 0.5 points will be awarded to the winner of each game. A live record must be made on the committee pages after each game is played by both clan leaders 3 points will be awarded to the winner of the match (whoever wins the most games) 1 point will awarded to both teams if there is a draw Points are important, once the preliminaries are complete, the top 8 teams with the most points will move onto the quarter finals and where you come in the top 8 will determine who you play in the quarter finals. Every game must be played like it’s the final. More news about the quarter finals to come.
