The other day I met someone at Yoga who happened to also be named Maria. She was telling me that she just came up with a playlist to motivate her to exercise, with every Maria song she could come up with. Interesting thought....or weird...Im not sure. Anyway, while I didnt come up with a playlist made up of Maria songs for my treadmill run this morning, I did add this Maria song to my playlist. Hey, if Im going to hear someone screaming out my name while Im running, it may as well be Ricky Martin.
