The other day I stop at a convenience store to get me an ice cream sandwich & there was a scraggy looking homeless man sitting up against the building. As i walked by he asked if I had some change...I lied & said no and kept on walking. I got my ice cream & was heading back out when God spoke to my heart & said give him your ice cream and I argued with God & said no but immediately He spoke again & said give him your ice cream. Reluctantly I handed the man the ice cream and started walking away before the man had time to say anything but then God says give him 20 bucks. So Im like, twenty dollars!?! No way! But God wont let up so I go back over to the man & hand him the $20 & he just stared at it. And I said take it, its yours. He said why are you doing this? And I said because God told me to, apparently he loves you a lot & wants to make sure youre taken care of. The man had some big tears come up in his eyes & he said, do you really think that? And I said, I dont just think it, I know it, I thought I was stopping to get an ice cream but obviously God sent me here to let you know how much he loves you. As I drove down the road I began to worry about what the man was gonna spend the money on & again God spoke to me... I dont need you to worry about that, I simply need you to show love! My son died for that man too!
