The other day I took some photos of my aviary, showing the progress and the exuberant growth of palm and fruit trees. The birds have access to shade and sunshine, a nesting box (even if they are singles, groups or of the same gender) in order to replicate the natural behavior whereby many species sleep in a cleft in a tree, and cool water from an automatic system. The flights are suspended to reduce contact with waste, spilled food and soil, and most flights are contained inside a second, secure structure. Those that have visited will appreciate the photos for the evolutionary process.
