The other evening I was driving down Hohman Avenue he was about 4 or 5 degrees below zero and I watch the hammond water department employees repairing a broken water main and I thought to myself they must be so cold because I was driving down the Street and I was cold the next time you see a city employee and hes out working in the cold or heat tell him that you appreciate him thats the least thing we could do is to say thank you.
