The other night a trainer/business owner) told me theyd be afraid to work for me because of some of my policies. Ive also been called crazy, by my past staff. Case in point. I expect every new triber to be contacted personally ( not broadcast) by phone, text, email, handwritten mailed note and facebook message at least 18 times during their first 6 weeks. just to make sure theyre ok, to answer questions, see if they need additional support. We continue to follow up forever, but the first weeks are crucial to adopting real change. That may sound extreme and Ill admit I take providing amazing customer service extremely seriously and I had an experience tonight that reminded me who important actually caring about your clients really is. We had a pizza saturday, yup I eat pizza most weekends : ) Anyway I just got a call from the pizzeria asking if I was satisfied and looking for feedback! I was blown away! Thats that kind of personal touch clients deserve and its the little guys chance of surviving and in our case thriving these days! They may be able to outspend you, but dont ever let them out care you! I have to thank amazing team, Jackie DiFiore, Leslie Guzman Nick Mas John Daley and the rest of the gang for putting up with the madness.
