The other week while riding at Devou, had some issues with tire tubes. Bottom line was that eventually I had no co2, nor spare, or patches. I remembered one of those how to get out stories and tried the tactic you see in picture. Tie a knot in it. Well, it was very tough to get tube back onto rim after the putting the knot in, no biggie thou. Pumped it up with hand pump and continued to ride another hour up and around trail. When I went full blast down back bowl, perhaps some fast speed low jumps, it failed. Thankful for my buddy, Greg Stoudt who loaned,gave, me a spare 29 tube that fit well into my 26rim, we finished the ride. Just FYI so you do not need to walk it out. Anybody else want to share their personal trail fix it and ride on tips?
