The owner of a noodle restaurant in China admitted to police that he added opium to his food − to get customers hooked and coming back for more. The controversy began when a 26-year-old man was arrested for drunk driving and tested positive for opium. The guy spent more than two weeks in jail before his family was able to convince police to investigate their suspicions that he had been served spiked noodles.
