The past four days at the Ermatinger Clergue National Historic - TopicsExpress

The past four days at the Ermatinger Clergue National Historic Site have had some wonderful events. The official opening on the Heritage Discovery Centre on Thursday began four days of celebrations for local and international guests. Ermatingers from Switzerland and the USA were present to share in this historic homecomingat the Stone House of one who shared their last name. Sunday a wonderful Blueberry Pancake Breakfast ended the four days of fun. One tasty addition to the site was the introduction of the Ermatinger Stone House Signature Blend coffee( served at the breakfast ) created for the site by The Superior Coffee Roasting Company, Inc. It is the Signature Blend as each label displays a copy of the actual signature of Charles Oaks Ermatinger. Thank You to The Superior Coffee Roasting Company and Owner & Coffee Roasting Professional Ron Kurnik for creating this for the site. Bags of the blend ( 6 oz. ground ) are available for sale at the reception desk.
