The peoples Democratic party PDP Adamawa chapter has disqualified the acting governor Hon.Adamu fintiri,following the screening exercise that was conducted yesterday which lasted for 9 hours.this was disclosed by the chairman of the screening commitee,former deputy senate president Ibrahim Mantu,after the five man commitee grilled all 14 aspirants,preparatory to scheduled party primaries on september 6 the october 11 for the bye election. Addressing the news mens after the commitee finished a 9 hours screening exercise for the 9 PDP aspirants,Mantu said the acting governor was disqualified because his candidature violated section 191,subsections (2) of the 1991 constitution(as amended)
