The perpetual know-it-all on the Badger and Blade forum writes this in regards to Simpsons brushes, our stiff no-returns policy for brushes (would you like for us to sell you a brush that was returned, only if we promise it is still new?), and a posters concern for getting a shedding brush and being stuck with it; With Superior, you get pics, but they are also final sale, no returns. If you call or email another vendor, they will likely hand pick one for you and give you dimensions if you ask nicely. He is implying that if you complain of shedding, youll get no quarter here. As is almost always the case, HES DEAD WRONG. Can they just pass a law or something that random people cannot speak to a firms policies and be given the respect of dispensing facts??? At least for the US buyers, this is our policy; 1) WE mail you a replacement from our stock 2) WE pay for your defective brushs return shipping to TSS 3) WE pay for your defective brushs eventual return to Simpsons to eventually be exchanged. A defective product is not the same thing as someone just wanting to change their mind. Ask anyone whos enjoyed the benefits of this; it has happened many, many times. GO AWAY, supreme never-know-it-all!
