The phone rang...I ignored it.....the club was banging, Stella was on my left, Caroline was on my right, Yvonne was on my laps, they were busy caressing my body... . . .the phone rang again...I ignored it....the DJ was doing his thing, the strippers were on duty...I sipped the VODKA..the girls were giggling….they winked, I winked back..... . . The phone rang again, I picked it up.....the lady on the other side of the line asked me where I was...am in aMATATU.....I lied...she was my Gal and wife to be....a poor me....a ruthless cheater I was, the music in the CLUB saved me, it sounded like a real MATATU....I dropped the cell phone on the table...Stella kissed me...I ordered her the ROYAL wine... . . The irritating phone rang again, I picked it up.....the voice told me to stand up, I stood up....she told me to turn around....I did.....then, I saw her, my gal, my dear wife, the woman I was cheating, the woman I betrayed, the woman who placed her faith on me, she loved, cared and appreciated me....this is how I re- pay the kindness, by choosing Stella, Yvonne and Caroline instead of her.... . . She turned around…tears in her eyes, I stood up, drunk, stumbling, wobbling…. I called her name, she rushed to the main door, in tears, She never turned back, her hair floated with the wind as she ran outside, she was sobbing, like a kid…… ... . Then, I saw IT coming, the headlights went on, the screeching of tyres rented the air, the BANG was loud… louder than the music in the CLUB… there were screams allover…. In one minute she was in then air, and the next minute…..she was lying on the pavement…… bloodied….motionless….speechless… and …….lifeless…..
