The picture below is a very sweet boy Tyson adopted by Jane Selby in March to rehome. He was on the code red list and she didnt want him to die and this was her first rescue. Unfortunately while out walking Tyson he became scared by a group of men and he bolted taking Jane to the ground in the process. She sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized and then in rehab. We were able to find Tyson a temp foster until Jane came home but due to her injuries and still being in a wheelchair she decided we needed to immediately find him a home. We had so many helping and posting and finally someone contacted Donna Musser agreeing to take Tyson. This would result in the death of Tyson. Tyson was turned over to Carl Roach, Jr at a fast food location in Gilmer and was then handed off too Laura Williams nearby to foster supposedly. Worried that Tyson didnt have his heartworm meds I ask for Lauras address and sent the meds but never heard back and soon Jane would hear nothing until the news that Tyson had been found in a creek near Gilmer along with 7 other dogs. Thank God for the micro chip. We now know tha Laura gave Tyson to AJ MISFITS, Amber Long AKA Chance Paige AKA Amber Jean and Tyson and the other 7 were all killed by AJ MISFITS. Per Constable Dolle her statement under oath was that she euthized the dogs because they were ficious and put them in her Moms freezer and does not know how they were dumped. LIE! Once she realized the microchip would be traced she started contacting people to help her and again her story changes. We now know her boyfriend Caleb dumped the dogs. Constable Dolle and the Vet that examined the dogs said the dogs injuries were horrible and from dog fighting. Couple were obviously killed in dog fight, smaller ones used as bait dogs and Tyson used as a teacher dog or rag doll all dying a horrible death because of AJ MISFITS. This is not a rescue but a stopover for dogs before being sold to dog fighting rings in the area. We know she is now being helped by JNL Rescue and Rehab in Joaquin and Lacy Griffins is doing her pulling from Mesquite AS because it is an easy pull. All this per Constable Dolle.
