The pizza bar in the Bundaberg Hinkler store is still using the terribly designed containers. They are just the awful and do not hold the ingredients on the pizza. According to staff there have been a lot of complaints by customer including by myself but we are being ignored. The reason you gave previously was this was due to work place health and safety issue with staff using the plastic sealing machine. That is a complete lie Woolworths!!! The staff at the store admitted to still using it for the busy days like Origin and the big orders. They were also pretty unanimous in saying they had not been told any such policy was in place. The fact the machine is still sat plugged in behind the pizza bar says it all!!! As you will see from the video the current containers are awful and ruin the pizza experience for your customers. Please sort it out and stop a beautiful concept being ruined. Go back to using the plastic seal machine!!!
