The power of the internet and a companys lack of awareness and customer service. I know I was punting it a bit, but I tried a pattern rectifier for my VFR 750. I suppose it was Chinese, but it arrived and fitted first time. The problem was solved for around 50 miles, until it melted the starter solenoid. I have contacted the seller who offered me a discount on a replacement! I have repeatedly asked for my money back. Unfortunately eBay cannot assist, because the fault happened after 30 days from the purchase. They also cannot MAKE the seller reply to communications. The moral is and will always be Chinese junk is junk. I had the wiring repaired and fitted a genuine rectifier an everything is tickety boo! Tread carefully if you are tempted, I was and it isnt worth the hassle.
