The power of the mind-body connection still amazes me. When I got home from Houston, my 14-year old son, Andrew, had a left eye that was completely swollen. He told me that it had been swollen that way for several days and he felt terrible. He had taken Zyrtec, Claritin (OTC allergy pills) and Zaditor (eye drops) trying in vain to get the swelling down. I asked if he wanted some help and we used a quick NLP process and literally 15 minutes later the swelling had reduced and an hour and a half later was completely gone! Even though I have done this a several hundred times, it still blows me away that the mind-body process can be harnessed so efficiently. Thanks to Tim Hallbom and Suzi Smith for creating such a simple and elegant process.
