The power of *wilful ignorance* has been on my mind a LOT lately, and while this video nails it exquisitely in reference to a particular topic, the problem is massive in scale. I no longer tolerate in my life individuals who insist on practising *wilful ignorance*- they are parasites that take more from the planetary environment than they return and they have no excuse, regardless of their rationalising that theyre the pinnacle of evolution. They are not: no species that evolves a practice of *destroying its very means of survival* survives for long and its clear that there are two distinctly different frequencies of individual currently on this planet: one of them does not play well with others, one of them does not act in its own best long term interests, one of them cannot tolerate differences of any kind, cannot think long term, cannot embrace transformation and social evolution, cannot innovate, cannot think outside of the commerce and Empire model. If the other frequency does not start looking at the matter squarely, they will not survive the dominators. Im not interested in my extinction, so Im looking squarely at the wilfully ignorant and their utter uselessness on the worlds stage: just because an individual *thinks* they matter doesnt make it so. We need to develop a clear pattern of sustainable Being, what behaviours and thinking indicates a truly *living, ecologically sustainable individual*: the category of human=unquestionably relevant simply doesnt jive with the way energy works. Time for a different model, in which the wilfully ignorant have no place.
