The practise by corporate government assessors of the sick and disabled,to ask why they have not committed suicide,ought to alert all people who are disabled or may become disabled(and is there anyone who will not during their lifetime?) to waken from a deep slumber of apathy and/or fear ,or maybe a totally trusting and misguided belief in the fact that no government here in the UK would ever do this to its people. Well,it is doing it right now ! We stand to lose lives on an even more massive scale , if we do not start raising our voices and taking the shades off. We see this morning and yesterday an American ambassador promoting TTIP and a culture which is alien to us in Britain,profit,guns and materialism. We did not until recently ,cast aside our sick,disabled and unemployed wholesale into a lottery of life and death, voluntary sector resources as the USA does. We have until recently had a precious social security system even if flawed, an NHS free of American drug and health insurance companies. Now apathy and fear,busy ness and preoccupation is letting this greed consume our systems as we sleep and quietly trust those in charge. The trouble is,the devil is in the detail and that detailed devil is emanating from our very own parliament lusting for personal interest. Politics is a responsibility for all of us,if we choose to opt out,we currently put our own lives and those we love in great danger now and in the future. If you believe in an NHS,if you appreciate our culture of universal care for the greater good ,if you believe in human rights,please speak up,your every word is valuable and needed. Your voice is needed and Your voice matters! We must crush this ideology that only the fit and well are worthy of a quality of life.
