The pre-menu BUFFALO CLUB AT A PUB Native Kitchen comes to Take Over Tuesday July 23,2013 5:30-11pm St. Cece’s pub in historic Corktown 1426 Bagley, Detroit, MI 48216 Come out to St. Cece’s and enjoy our menu of fun and flavorful food with Vegan, Gluten Free, and Traditional options. The Buffalo Club uses local produce whenever possible, along with organic and... all natural ingredients. There will be food and drinks for everyone at great prices, and we always have wonderful homemade desserts. You can pre-order items from the menu and we will have it ready for you to pick it up. Call 313-310-3625 Feel free to bring your own take-out container or we will have containers available as well. Native Kitchen prefers to work with seasonal & local produce; menu items might fluctuate according to that week’s harvest. MENU: (some items subject to change) Salads: Rice Salad: Basmati, and colorful rice, carrots, onion, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, basil, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, cold pressed sunflower oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper & salt. Crunchy Slaw: Cabbage, carrot, radish, apple ginger slaw, with lemon. Entrees: Native Taco: Fry bread, seasoned ground meat, beans, onions, celery, carrots, bell peppers, tomato mushrooms, and/or cheese. Served with gravy, sauce or salsa. *Gluten free version on top of tasty tempura squash (rice flour used) +Vegan version - has spice lentils instead of seasoned meat. Savory Latka: Shreaded potatoes with, onions chives, garlic and seasonings topped with Southern Style Squash with onion. Baked Herbed Chicken with rhubard & orange glaze or Shiso with a fresh local salad green mix including. Desserts: Pudding - Very Vanilla or Dark Chocolate Polenta Cake Fruit Cobbler or Meringue fruit Pie
