The presenter doesnt get everything right (for example, the riots on the streets of Glasgow was just thuggery from far-right No-supporters) but the videos and photographs of the actual count does provide serious evidence of vote rigging in favour of No. Would it have been enough to fundamentally change the referendum outcome from Yes to No? At first I thought not, given the roughly 400,00 extra votes for No. But then when you add in the 600,000 + postal ballots (a voting procedure notoriously vulnerable to fraud), the possibility does exist that Scotland actually voted Yes and this referendum was stolen by No. But really the only way to know for sure is to have an independent investigation and re-count conducted by international UN investigators - Not by the UK electoral commission which has now proven itself to be an unreliable guardian of the democratic process in Scotland, as these photos and videos from the count demonstrate.
