The problem SO OFTEN - is that you try to fix things that are already fixing themselves till you mess it up. Take weight loss for example. Always comes a point that your weight-loss efforts flat-line. Your body may be in “resistance mode” which is not unusual at all - and in fact a very normal physiological adaptation– best thing then is to just let it be on that mode for now – This makes your body and metabolism far more ‘cooperative’ down the road. Weight-loss can never be thought of as a linear process.
