The problem is not the proper mechanism on how to release the PDAF but the desire of these crop of legislators, of course with some exceptions. to make money to fund their election campaign, maintain their political dynasties, fund their vices like gambling and mistresses and finance their luxurious lives. They will find a way together with other napoleses to circumvent the scheme, the rule or the mechanism whatever one may call it. Without these money making schemes, how will they finance their politics of patronage, lifestyles and vote buying? The district of Congresswoman Lenny who was mentored by her late husband Jesse Robredo for what she is now is very fortunate and special compared to other regular districts. This is precisely what the people expect to achieve, which is, to elect competent, honest and sincere legislators and not scammers, contractors and commissioners by calling on PNoy who calls the people his Bosses who now has said loud and clear: ABOLISH THE PORK BARREL NOW AND NOT LATER!!!!!Deny these crop of legislators their lifeline!!!
