The problem when people set a goal is... They just focus on the end result. The big goal. Without actually considering where they are at NOW. This leaves them lost and confused, with a mountain to climb, and no idea as to the steps needed to climb it. But what if you looked at where you are at now versus where you want to be, and worked back... Broke the goal down into smaller targets. Focused on smaller time periods. It seems way more realistic, no? I am currently just focusing on the stuff I need to do EVERY DAY, and making sure I get that done. If you can do that, you gradually create a chain. Small targets build to form bigger ones. Days become weeks, and then months... And step after step is climbed. JT x
