The problem with this country is that its people are hypocrites. They are completely ignorant towards mind pollution and are way too much concerned about air and noise pollution. One clear depiction of mind pollution is the fact that people leave their fuel efficient but eco-friendly deficient diesel engines turned on, while they get busy buying some lame groceries at some mom n pop store. Environment mavens argue that a single night infested with cracker bursting activity contributes a large dose to the gross annual percentage of air pollution in our country. I say, you do an experiment; for a week. Take a garbage bin and keep throwing a constant amount of waste in it for 6 days; everyday. On the 7th day, throw an exponentially large amount of waste in the bin, that it pretty much begins to touch the brim. The main reason behind this overflow is not the 7th day, but those 6 days. Had those 6 days been spent clean, there would have been a probably nil chance of an overflow. Hence, instead of burning diesel at a constant rate for 364 or 365 days, burn some crackers on a Diwali day. Now get up, and walk down the road to the market, and burn some calories too.
