The program (EB-5 is short-hand for the government’s fifth employment-based visa “preference”) allows well-heeled foreigners to leap to the front of the line by simply plunking down $500,000. Except MOST of the time the figure is not even close to half a million and here is the KICKER .. in many cases the immigrants are given loans from Small Business Administration . in fact ten years ago . Duke University professor . name escapes wrote a book about it called Collision Course.. how Affirmative Action and immigration were going to collide .. well they have . the same year the book came out .. out of 50 or so SBA loans to minorities . only THREE went to US born minorities.. America is for sale . and its on the CHEAP
