The promotional film we made for Lerwick Boating Club to support the European Fireball sailing championship next July is encouraging entrants from all across Europe to come and sail in Shetland waters! Apparently many are choosing Shetland and the European championship from the film rather than attend the world champiopnship in Thailand in May! Shetland is a winner! We will give all the Fireball racers a great time.for sure, as well as briliant sailing. The 15-minute film film was made for a non-English speaking audience and for family entertainment, as well as Fireball sailing. It was first shown at the 2013 European Fireball Championship in Slovenia and is now up on various sailing websites, all encouraging people to come and sail here. We have been asked to go and film the 2015 Fireball World Championship in North Wales. Lovely rendition of Local Hero by Brian and Maggie at the end of the film. Thanks guys!
