The proposed Bill is actually a communally targeted vote bill. It is another political stunt by the ruling Congress the way it had come out with reservations on religious lines. The proposed bill is an outcome of a negative... political mentality of Congress, BJP vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said. He claimed the proposed legislation was partisan. Congress is professional and traditional exploiter of vote banks. It is trying to repeat its exploitation tactics again. The BJP opposes it, Naqvi asserted. This (communal violence bill) is an attempt to divide society on communal lines. Those who indulge in such negative politics of self secular syndicates will be wiped out in the upcoming elections.
