The pullover is perhaps the most under used exercise. Unfortunately, it won t be as popular as the bench press or a curl movement however, more people should take not that this one exercise actually works. I usually keep the reps toward the 15 to 20 range. This one exercise that Arnold Schwartzeneger created or at least introduced to the bodybuilding world made a huge difference in my physique, improving areas hard to target. If done properly you are working the bottom of your pec abs, Lats, and triceps. In my beast physique group we do this and many in the group have made significant gains. #tdwellsfitness
