The punishment for publishing awful web sites that make life unpleasant for customers should be DEATH. Im looking at you #barclays you miserable excuse for a modern customer-friendly bank. When looking at statements online, it takes 30 seconds to move between statements (why?), to get to the next one I have to re-enter a search criteria and re-select (why cant I just have a next button?). And there is no bulk download facility. Why not, you morons? Which idiot web designer assumed that I would never want to download more than one statement at a time? And another thing. When there is a problem logging in (because you broke the web site, you dipshits - ever heard of regression testing?), the last person I want to speak to is a self-righteous little prick in India.
