The purpose of a rubber band is to hold things together. This cannot happen unless it is stretched. Like a rubber band, there are times you can’t hold things, people or yourself together unless you allow God to stretch you. You, just as the rubber band resist being stretched, but it is in the stretching you are able to bind and unite those things and people together that would otherwise be separated. Allow God to stretch you. He will never expand beyond your breaking point, but with purposeful tension, enlarge, develop and strengthen you to realms beyond your imagination.
