The quaint township of Yackandandah in Northeast Victoria is seeking to become the first town to operate off 100% renewable energy! This is an inspiring goal from a rural community. They have led the way and shown how all of us can take meaningful action that will make a difference. Just because we have a climate sceptic in the Lodge doesn’t mean that everyday Australians and ordinary communities can’t make a positive impact on the world. Good work Yack!
