The question I get asked most besides how much weight do I want to lose is what will you do after you lose all the weight you desire. Will you have surgery to remove excess skin? That may sound rude to some but honestly when you were close to 400lbs loose skin is a reality. To be honest surgery terrifies me considering what happened to me after a routine tubal ligation. I have been so excited with what I found that is working. I am toning and firming as I go now. It is crazy stupid how well it works. Those of you that know me have noticed how my shape is changing. There is much hidden that will remain hidden but already a noticeable amount gone. Enough of the grotesque details!! Lol!! Check it out if you wish!
