The question of liberty is not lost. it has kept itself alive for many centuries. there is no such a bigger perennial query of mankind that have survived modernistic prejudice,obviously continuing in appeal to reason and facts. liberty at its primary intention is founded on human nature. All laws that are objective according to Hans Morgenthau (1948) are founded on men nature. The social underlying of liberty can not be put therefore in its own separate watertight compartment. Philosophical underpin can place the quest for liberty at two levels of analysis. one theory would be to place the individual at the core of liberty. The advent of this thought would be based on the assumption that human liberty is inherent and thus can only be understood on a personality centered point of view. That kind of weltanshung dictates that fact, evidence, plays pivot to the study of liberty. Nonetheless this equivocal analysis can never pass as a good bed fellow. It is as biased as the personalty , subjectivity being its primary drive. Individuals have desired liberty.They have gotten it and ruined it. there is no such thing as non restrained liberty. even the right to life itself is a singular moralistic approach to the secularism of life. life is not secular, its not determined by the individual living but by the surrounding. mankind live, he cant even define wholesomely the purpose. only those around man appreciate it. the value of human life is not such sacred as to be appreciated by the person. Given chance every man has the capability of ruining himself. And therefore the individual can not be given a blank cheque to determine their own freedom. To grant an obviously corrupted influence, whether psychological or intrinsically stupid is to say that old is stupid and old should shut up. The current society has a a fanatical look on the present that will end up ruining it. it is imperative to consider real and profound. that this real is the fact that men can only consider laws that are deemed to ruin the natural flow of human race. To believe in liberty that kills natural flow is tantamount to using current political resources in a way that jeopardizes the survival of tomorrow. A case study is on gay debate. it is either one or a kind of controversy that is threatening to issue a death warrant on moralists. Is the individual here who is right or is it the social good that is more prominent? what should enjoy liberty, common good or personal good? who should guarantee this liberty, the individual or the state? Some of these are questions of value. I am an adherent believer of liberty that is pure and non restrained by the state. But all the time I have seen mankind use this cloud of non restrained liberty the point of concern have been when shall someone put an end to it. liberty can be stupid. liberty can be bad. liberty can be arrogant. liberty can produce fanaticism. liberty can be the end. Should good law abiding citizens own a gun or not? since all human law are expected to be objective, then there is no way we can end up a nation of gays when we have not decided on the reason why we should go gay to begin with. why to ask simplistically do we have more gays in USA than in Kenya, and less in Iran than in Kenya. Do those in kenya have a different biological make up than those in Usa. going gay does not guarantee more liberty of the individual but a a reawakening of slavery of mankind into what shall kill liberty. it is an end to itself. sometimes I ask myself why re we getting more people going gay than it was in the previous century? intellectually speaking it is not moralistic why gay should not be advocated by society.The society reserves every single right to believe that its own gay can be reformed using every measures available to it. that is the only freedom that can be granted to rightful speaking men and women. should we not punish anything that is wrong for evn those who issue dispatches.....i shall continue tomorrow morning after a good night with my wife.
