The question what is in my mind or what I am thinking is in 1989-90 I meet some foreigners. A professional relationship developed however from the very beginning in 1990 refused to issue “C" forms against any purchase of Maruti vehicles. Early 1991 I started sensing there was something wrong somewhere and things were not that simple as foreigners were sounding. Which today after all the bonded slavery, cheating for ulterior motive, stands proved when I saw my name even now appearing in goggle search titled, Uri Civil Contractor AB v/s Pampa Mukherjee. Which are matters of shame and GOI needs to look into. Thanks God I opted to leave work,suffer but refused to succumb before any pressure to operate suppressed/undeclared business account. In fact by the first week of march 1991 things started becoming clear that an attempt to legally kidnap professionals/people not only for financial gains but even for evil reasons is being made under the veil of an purchase of 50 number Maruti Vehicles through foreign exchange and 10 numbers through Indian currency from open market totaling to 60 numbers. For reasons better known to them SKANSKA of Sweden handed me over some City Bank Stockholm and Citi Bank New York America bank account and other unwanted details. After the said purchases of maruti gypsys in early march there was havoc, foreigners to use me as their bonded slave trapped me the All India Marketing Manager visiting various dept s for oblique motive. life, survival, functioning came to a naught, under an hard pressed professional and financial situation took the shelter of law in 1991 and even to recover my money rest are all matters of various court records. Judicial findings of which all court cases can throw sufficient light about the fraud and evil design not only to cheat me of my money and professional carrier but even for ulterior motive of using protectors as destructors. In a country like ours with rampant corruption and scams might is always right. I saw my name appearing in google search for an oblique motive in an incorrect order . Thinking of the blatant disregard of law, for me it is a fraud not only upon me and others but fraud played even upon the Honorable Supreme Court of India too who vied CA number 9844 of 1995 had set aside the said High Court order passed in CR number 563 of 1992 when M/s Uri civil contractor AB through its counsel on a prima facie case of fraud against them passed by the trial court on 14th july 1992, had gone in for civil revision u/s 118 cpc before the honorable high court of delhi against the said trial court order dt 14th july 1992 recording prima facie case of fraud played by the foreigners and their advocate while entering and recording of an financial compromise with me before the honorable trial court. All vitiated with fraud and which they interpolated . It is making a mockery of a Nation and its people before the entire world. It is a question of not only to ask why the foreigners refused to give “C” forms but even why on top priority urgently purchased 50 numbers Maruti gypsys through foreign exchange and 10 numbers through Indian currency during first week of march 1991 thereafter opted to sit quite, violate, indefinitely park vehicles worth crore not in their stock yard, MCD parking or any other authorised parking place but in my workshop under the veil of specific fabrication order and without making any payment . An extremely vulnerable situation. Financial, revenue and other issues/ losses I suffered remains unresolved till date. Making mockery, even with The Nation’s Prestige, Dignity and Hon our for evil reasons is bad. The questions those are coming in my mind some are like this In a country where Politicians and political parties want to stay away from the ambit of RTI, where pen, muscle and gun power can be purchased, how safe and of what quality a professional’s personal, social, financial life would be in a situation like this??? And how many of the citizens will be able to cope up and survive in a premeditated situation for financial,power, other fraud and gains like this where people in power and position will go witch hunting terrorising setting examples of mortal fear before growing up children, family, associates and others to fall in line or else......
