Of the 60% of people not voting in the last election, how many voters were under 21 or faced with the first time in their life the opportunity to vote but didnt, why? With at least 10% of the population with Dyslexia, higher in some areas of the UK, how do parties deliver their message in simple terms to these people and other people with learning difficulties? Is the national TV media, with taxpayers money running this election in 2015 or is the political parties? Are they bidding like Premiership football clubs for viewers? How much are they getting paid?
