The rain let up and I went and got a new Samsung Laptop. Took about 5 minutes to figure out windows 8 and 3 hours to move all my programs from my old computer. Tomorrow I will down load picasa 3 and transfer about 2000 photos to this machine. I will have my old laptop and pc cleaned and donate them to charity. The laptop is 8 years old but the pc is only 3 years old and will be a good computer for someone.
