The ravaging waters include vehicles, people, livestock, debri...they described the rapids like liquid concrete. There are four canyons that are now impassable; no roads; all water. One of them I drove everyday to work when I lived in that area. One boy reached out to gelp his girlfriend, and he got pulled in with her...2 fatalities, my sister in law knew them.
