The real criteria we should look for in a man is a man who will love us as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it. His heart should be filled with the love of God. A good husband will intercede for his wife. He will cry out to The Lord in prayer and fasting for her deliverance and healing. He will pray over her anointing her with oil. He will speak words that bring life to all the dead things in her life. He will give himself and stand between her and everything that tries to lead her on the wrong path. He will not let her give up when things get too hard. He will push her to seek her destiny. He is faithful to her as Christ is faithful. He doesnt have to be the man who makes the most money, or drives the best car, or is the best looking but he will be the best for you against all others you have ever had because he is the man that God chose for you. In him you will see what the love of God looks like. Dont be impressed with someone because of what they look like on the outside and the size of their bank account because those things are nothing and will do nothing for you when you need to get a prayer through to God. It is better to have someone who God knows, answers, and gives His favor to than to have all the money in the world. Ephesians 5:25 Husbands love your wives just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her. 28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself.Ladies when we let God be our match maker he gives us the right man.
