The real story here is that this monster is a convicted child predator committing 17 acts on a child and spent time in jail. His claims that he has no urges and that his daughter is safe with him is rubbish, these monsters cannot be rehabilitated. he should be in jail for the rest of his life, to protect our innocent children. How he can be allowed to adopt a child is beyond me and strict rules need to be applied when adopting children from foreign countries, seriously I know these people want better lives for their children but I am sure if they knew who their children were adopted too they would think twice know matter how poor they are..I pray they take their daughter from them as this little girl is at risk...
